Beyond Traditional Limits
Traditional ceramics have physical limits: certain proportions, symmetries, and scales simply cannot be achieved with classical methods. Our forms begin where those limits end.
A proprietary manufacturing process enables objects from 30 cm to 300 cm in height. The precise shaping provides the foundation on which our handcraft builds. The material is sustainable, stable, and light enough to position and move even large formats with ease.
Four Forms, One Signature
Each of our four base forms has its own character. KARAAT breaks the surface into geometric facets, CANNELÉ features vertical fluting, SINUA follows an organic curve, and TORVO reinterprets the classical torus shape. All four originate as digital sculptures and are then physically realised in our atelier.
Digital shaping allows proportions and symmetries that would be impossible in traditional ceramics or glass production. At the same time, every object is one of a kind, because the subsequent handwork gives each surface an individual quality.
From Blank to Sculpture
After manufacturing, the most intensive part begins: the surface is hand-finished through multiple stages. Imperfections are sanded, transitions smoothed, the entire form prepared for the paint application. Depending on size, this process takes several days.
Only when the surface is absolutely flawless does the object move on to primer and the premium lacquer system. Each object goes through this process individually and is only released after passing final inspection.
From 60 cm to 300 cm
Our objects are available in seven standard sizes from 60 cm to 160 cm: Living, Living Plus, Statement, Prestige, Monumental, and Monumental Plus. Beyond that, we craft oversizes from 180 cm to 300 cm as bespoke projects. The proportions of each form are individually tuned for every size, ensuring the right presence in any space.
Handmade in Germany
Shaping, sanding, lacquering, and final inspection all take place in our atelier near Düsseldorf. One location, one team, and one consistent standard of quality, because every step builds on the previous one. From the first layer to the finished object, everything remains in one pair of hands.
